I have been really lucky to get in touch with a few influential people. What influenced me to the core was their ability to deal with situations; their way of interacting with people and their understanding about life. One thing was very much common among the influential people I got to be with. They were all sure about what they were going to do the next day. They were sure about what they wanted to do, to have and to achieve in long term as well.

In the seminar I attended a couple of days back, I was amazed by the understanding of life by the speaker. He understood one thing for sure, we do not have to understand the life. Because, we can’t. Nobody can’t. But yes, we surely can analyse it.

Let’s hear it in speakers own words. He said, “as I look at it, life is like a Train. I will tell you why I think so. Like a Train, all of us have our journeys fixed. All of us will begin (birth) at the same point and will reach to the same destination  (death). Like a moving train, all of us will gradually grow old. There is no way we can reverse it. Like stations that come on the rail journey, all of us will go through different stages of life. And now, here is the thing I would like everyone to focus upon. Because, according to me, this is the most important part of the train journey. It is sure that all of us will reach to the same destination, but the secret is, when we will reach the destination all of us will give different reactions. You know why? Because we will travel in different compartments. Those who travelled in general class, they will complain that they are tired in the journey. They did not get the place to sit. There was no hygiene. And they did not enjoy the beauty of nature from the window. However, those who travelled in first class, they will enjoy the journey. They enjoy the comforts of the air conditioning and privacy. They enjoy the views from the window.”

There is actually no difference in all of us but how we choose to lead our life. Decide in which class you would like to lead your life. 

Having The Goalbook #TowardsSuccess

I am going to explain you the science of goals today. This is the science used by many great leaders, philanthropists, philosophers and scientists of modern times. Read till the end to uncover the secret of success you can use in your daily life.

For past 8 to 9 years I have maintained the daily journals. It has been a secret potion driving my life till now. 

A few years ago, one of my mutual friends called me with her problems. The biggest problem she was facing in those days was that of mental depression. Her engagement was broken twice. She was ditched by her boyfriend and had married other girl. Each time she was a victim of the situations. And now, she had reached a stage where she had turned suicidal. She had called me for counsel.

In that period of time I was not so aware about helping someone mentally. However, I had had great experience in dealing with crisis. In every crisis I had ever faced, I wrote a journal note about it. Writing down my problems always lead me to the answers. It was like my journal was a wisest person on earth. 

I told her to write down her worries and thoughts. Even now I do not know why she trusted my counsel. She started writing about her worries. When she wrote her journal she also wrote what she wanted rather than what had happened. And magically, her state of happiness improved. When she called me after a week I could see the magic caused.

Two important things happened after this incident. One, my mutual friend got married to a really nice guy after 3 months. Two, I became a staunch follower of the practice of diary writing. 

I have named my previous journals as ‘The Learning’  and ‘The Journey’. In accordance with the names, I have witnessed the results. I learnt a lot when I wrote ‘the learning’. I had been through a lot of situations while i wrote The Journey. 

Today, my The Journey was completed. I sat down and thought about what my next journal should be about. And I have reached to the decision that It will be titled, ‘The Goalbook’. I am pretty sure that the journal is going to lead me towards my goals. Because that’s the logical state.

I strongly believe that whatever I write about in my journal I tend to believe and achieve it. It’s time for me to upgrade myself to the next level where I lead a life towards good health, good wealth, good success and lots of love. My goals are going to be in the same direction, and I am going to achieve them through the science of journal writing.

In case you happen to have any doubts let me explain the science of journal writing. Journal writing is a secret science used by many a great men to achieve success. Abraham Lincoln wrote a journal; Mahatma Gandhi wrote a journal and so did many great leaders of modern times. Martin Luther king, Anne Frank, Hitler are some of the examples. These people used to write What they believe in. They used positive affirmations while writing about their beliefs. They wrote about what they wanted. They used the art of visualization to their benefit. 

When we write something the thing becomes pretty clear to our mind and is easy to understand. Ones something is easy to understand it becomes easy to believe. Ones we believe something with full heart, we are sure to achieve it.

The Seed Of Change Lies in Visualization #DreamIt

Recently I felt some divine powers playing around me. All I wished for was granted. It seemed to me that things were carved to fulfill my wishes. Now, when I have understood the importance of making wishes, I feel it my responsibility to share the #Secret with my fellow readers.

As per the dictionaries, the meaning of ‘#Dream’ is ‘ a series of thoughts, images, and sensations occurring in a person’s mind during sleep.’ I have come to observe that, I forget the dreams as soon as I wake up in the morning. 

Very recently, I have updated the definition of dreams. According to my updated definition dream is ‘ a series of thoughts, images, and sensations occurring continually, visually and affirmatively in a person’s mind in his conscious state.’ The reason lies at the core of what a dream can do for us.

You just need to dream it and you are halfway near to the realization. You just need to have an unwavering belief in your dreams and you reach too close to its realization. You just need to start taking steps towards it and you will have just arrived.

I had been going through a lot of turmoil in my professional life. I had done some irreparable damage to my image and my relationship at the work had almost reached to an end. At some points, I felt that I needed to change my behaviour because the bitterness was ruining my personal life. I was becoming increasingly irritated. I was gradually turning into a short tempered person. One morning I sat down and found that it was the least of what I wanted to become. I wanted to be known as a respectable person, I wanted people to recognize me for my talents, I wanted to have a positive self image.

I remembered what I read in the book titled ‘succeed yourself by Richard Denny’. I trusted that we can get whatever we wish for. 

That day I sat down and closed my eyes. I dreamed that, I wanted to be respected. I dreamed that everyone adored me, behaved with reverence. I also imagined that I will thank people when they will speak respectful and boast me. I decided to take compliments gracefully. I did all this in the conscious dream.

In upcoming days, I woke up each morning and followed the routine of dreaming. I put my faith in what I was doing. I believed and trusted that whatever I will dream, it will come true.

Things started changing gradually at the office. My colleagues started sitting in front of me to seek professional advice. It was like, they had newly discovered my presence. Suddenly everyone at the office needed something from me and I gracefully helped them. And when they complimented me, I happily took the compliments.

Now my faith in #TheSecret has risen to the next level. My faith in myself has increased manifolds. I have come to know the spectacular power of dreaming. And so I have made it a habit to dream in the morning. Everyday. 

How to Love Someone? #WithFullHeart

My wife has joined a new job from yesterday. Now she needs to leave for work at 7 AM sharp. The funny thing about her is she is never on time. Sometimes I feel that there might be something utterly wrong with her sense of timing.

I am a very serious person. When it comes to reaching somewhere on time, I can’t help but reach on time. Every time. That’s actually a good trait in me, but nevertheless it hurts my relationships sometimes. Especially when I am married to a girl who is never on time.

The bad thing is, We all have some or other deficiencies in us. The good thing is, We all have some specialities too. Human mind is a one complex place. It takes bad things rather seriously. The same used to be pricking thorn in my relationship. I used to get utterly upset over my wife when she made me late.

It had been around two months and I was growing irritated with her over timing issues. Fortunately enough, I started noticing that I hated to get upset. Now I have reached to the solution of the problem. It’s Love.

When I married her, I married her with her good and bad qualities. Like all of us, she has got some deficiencies, but that doesn’t make her bad person. Neither me having some good qualities make me a superior person to her. That just left me with one option- to love her for who she is and not for what I want her to be. 

So, today morning, I woke up earlier than her and helped her be ready on time. That way I found the joy of showing my love for her. It was just a small work of 20 minutes, each minute I felt love overflowing in me. That’s certainly a treat for my soul.

How To Achieve Anything with Power of Visualization #SucceedYourself

EIarly morning today, read a chapter from a book. It’s marvellous content got me hooked. It gave me confidence that I can achieve anything.

It was raining when I woke up early at 5 AM. It was neither possible nor advisable to go for a #MorningWalk in such a weather. The first thought that came to my mind was to go back to sleep. Because it was cold. However, I was doing just the same every other day. So I got myself up and running. Since there wasn’t much to do, I took up a self help book I had bought a month back. The book was ‘Succeed Yourself by Richard Denny’ I opened a random chapter and got hooked up on it.

The chapter was about the #PowerOfVisualization. I liked the way author had put his thoughts on the subject. More than anything the author had focused on #Affirmations and detailed visualization. I also got to believe that if we believe in an idea and there’s not an ounce of doubt in our belief, we can achieve anything. The author had given examples of how different athletes had put the concept of visualization and affirmation to there belief. Find some of those examples here:

 

Now the question was, how do I visualize and use affirmations. So, I am sharing my affirmations and visualizations here. Because if I dare to speak out my affirmations and visualizations I tend to believe it. It will lead me towards its fulfilment.

Affirmations:

1) I am a good man. I believe in equality. I believe that God lies in each one of us. Thus I love and respect everyone equally. 

2) I am a family loving person. I love, care and respect for my family members. 

3) I believe in my potential. I have a capability to achieve anything.

4) I am a strong person. I do only those things in which I believe.

5) I strive to help everyone. Regardless of who the person is, if he asks for my help, I provide help.

6) I respect everyone’s individuality. 

Visualizations :

1) I want buy a 2BHK home in Pune. I have also decided as to how I wish to paint it. I have also visualized which furniture and lights I want in there. I have decided to buy the house in the time frame of 10 months. I want to have the new house as a birthday gift. My birthday falls on 5th June.

2) I want to write a novel. I visualized how I want its cover design to be. I am currently working on it and plan to publish it in June 2019.

Dear reader, I strongly believe that the power of visualization works. I urge you to use it to your belief. 

Can You Help Me With Your Views #HowToThink

I have come accross some negative changed in me. I am walking towards my own good. However, the changes I have imbibed are drawing negative views. Now I request you to help me with how I should deal with my current thoughts.

About a fortnight back, my female boss took time out of her busy schedule to praise me. She said that I was quite #Cool. I do not care so much about crap things. According to her my nature of avoiding conflicts was so great. I certainly liked the way she had praised me for who I was.

 Two days back my manager took time out of his busy schedule to counsel me. He told me that I need to be more focused on my career. He also added that I was very casual in my behaviour and I needed to change it. He said that I do not take things so seriously as I should. He put things in bitter way. But I liked it that he took time to advise me for my own good.

I was praised only a fortnight back for my qualities. Two days back, for the same qualities, I was counselled to improve myself. However, like always my mind took the negative #Criticism more seriously. I started thinking about what had gone wrong in last fortnight. 

Surprisingly, both of my bosses were right. I found out that I was a changed man from what I was a fortnight back. I had become kind of disjointed from people around me. I am a peace loving person. In order to keep peace I had completely separated myself from some people. Unfortunately, these people were part and parcel of my daily routine. When I separated myself from them and started maintaining distance, I started becoming bitter.

I have become bitter and more more focused now. Thinking about what it is, I don’t really know whether this change is good or bad. What’s the criteria to categories the behaviour? Can you help me with your suggestions? 

Say It With Smile- ‘It’s Alright’ #TryIt

It’s easy to hurt someone with words. Especially when someone has made a mistake and won’t mind it if you used wrong words or called him names.

It’s a noble thing to say sorry when you have hurt someone. That way the person who was hurt feels better. The one who says sorry feels guilt free and at peace with himself. 


#Attitude is a difficult thing to maintain. Especially with words. When I was on the verge of boyhood, I learnt these 2 words, ‘sorry’ and ‘thank you’. I struggled finding a gap between being humble and too naive while using these words. Sometimes I said sorry too often that I felt weaker inside. Sometimes I said thank you, so much, on such negligible instances that it made me feel weaker too. I later on learnt that the effective use of these 2 words determined my personality. Well, its same with everyone. 

Today while jogging inadvertently my shoulder rubbed against the female who was jogging in opposite direction. I was very much absorbed in my own thoughts today.  Mine is a strong shoulder. She might have felt the impact. I stopped the same moment and felt that I made a mistake. The female was in her mid thirties. She was a medium built, fair complexioned, married women. She wore blue and saffron coloured track suit. 

“I am very sorry.” I said apologetically 

She gave a faint smile and said, “It’s alright, such things happen.” 

I felt so better and relieved in a moment. She said those words in most graceful way possible. 

When I came back from park I thought about it. I felt for the two sides. First one was me. I felt so better when she said those words so #Politely and #Sportily. A good thing from morning can light up your day. It almost made my day. Second side was that of the female. She had the option to use angry words with me. The females hold their attitude at higher altar in our society. They hold kind of grudge on males as a whole. So, she will have easily used some wrong words or called me wrong names like idiot, fool etc. But instead she used kind words with smile on her face. She would have felt much better too. When you have an option that you can behave bad and still you behave good, that makes you feel #Stronger.
